My child has been enrolled here now for four months and we love it! My son has some behavioral issues and they have taken the time to help and work with him. They've been so understanding and have truly gone above and beyond to help us support and get him ready for big school. We couldn't be happier here. I've had one kid go through this center that is now in elementary school. She looks forward to coming back for summer camp here each summer. Our other kid is currently in one of the preschool classes here and she absolutely loves her teachers. There have been several times when I've picked her up in the afternoon and she doesn't want to leave because she wants to stay with her teacher, Ms. Mikayla. The director at this location (Bradford) is clearly uninterested in her job. This use to be a great center but not so much anymore. The leadership is poor. There is a lack of communication with parents, inconsistent enforcement of rules, unaddressed safety concerns, lack of educational programming, dismissive attitude towards parent concerns, poor staff training, and a general lack of organization and cleanliness within the facility.
