The director at this location (Bradford) is clearly uninterested in her job. This use to be a great center but not so much anymore. The leadership is poor. There is a lack of communication with parents, inconsistent enforcement of rules, unaddressed safety concerns, lack of educational programming, dismissive attitude towards parent concerns, poor staff training, and a general lack of organization and cleanliness within the facility. I feel like we've tried every childcare facility in Huntsville and nothing compares to these guys. They have been absolutely incredible with our autistic daughter. Wouldn't take her anywhere else!
