After talking with a few different builders we have decided to sign up with Bradford to design and build our new home. This is our ever first build and despite our nervousness, we really feel like we are being listened to and guided through the design and planning stage. we started with one of their designs and our consultant provided modification suggestions to suit our block. We had a wonderful experience with Bradford Homes from start to finish, everyone we have worked with over the entire building process was amazing. From sales to selections. Our Supervisor was amazing and even the admin staff. Everyone has been so responsive. We have had friends build with other builders who have had such awful experiences, but Bradford was a dream to build with. Even the trades were all fantastic. Thank you Bradford for making our building experience so easy.
