We have just competed building 2 investment houses, side by side. We chose Bradford initially as the consultant was backed by Salisbury homes and upfront with variables. We are very impressed with the quality of the builds, inclusions were beyond expectations and the communication has been excellent. Highly recommend the Team at Bradford homes.

They helped improve the design of our home with thoughtful changes like relocating the laundry and reconfiguring spaces to allow for a larger wardrobe. They were always open to ideas and feedback, and communication throughout the build was excellent. The... read more

After talking with a few different builders we have decided to sign up with Bradford to design and build our new home. This is our ever first build and despite our nervousness, we really feel like we are being listened to and guided through the design and planning stage. we started with one of their designs and our consultant provided modification suggestions to suit our block. He also explained they do a lot of work up front, before signing the contract so we know our budget works. we have just finished an appointment at th... read more
