They don’t have a license since 2023 or a bond per ALABAMA HVAC licensing! Very unsatisfactory work that I now have to pay for another company to fix! And since they don’t have a bond I can’t get reimbursed for it! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Took them from May to August to get my units in! Never showed up when I was told they would. Nothing is up to code! Never put on the Emergency Heat part. And when I called in the coldest part of the winter to tell them I had no emergency heat I was ignored!
They came and knocked a hole in the wall and a hole in the block and then never showed back up and would not answer our call or our builders call.
