Yes, I came to the reprieve 1 October with alcoholism to get better and to be around other alcoholics and another patient his name is Dwayne Hall. here at the reprieve in Tuscaloosa he got with one of the staff members by the name of Willie and then Willie got permission from Brandy and They worked it out that he needed to go do a Western Union for his grandmother, which is totally a lie. Mannnn the Reprieve done went all the way downhill since last time I was there. The people that used to run that place actually cared about us and wanted to see folks do better. Now it’s a whole joke. That new lady running things stay up in her office while everything going to the gutter. Staff gettin treated like trash and everybody quittin. The staff truly care and will go out of their way to help you.
This place is absolutely disgusting. They have residents slammed three to a room in a nasty hotel that has not been cleaned in years. Residents are actively using or selling their suboxone to one another. They charge you $1,500 dollars a day and then force you to get on food stamps so they can subsidize their blatant insurance fraud with taxpayer dollars. I wish there were an option for less than one star. This place is not what it used to be. It is absolute insurance fraud. They charge your insurance $1,500 dollars a day OR MORE and they pile 100 people into a disgusting, run down hotel that hasn't been cleaned in years. The place looks like a Trap House. Multiple people are having drugs delivered directly to the hotel! They feed you cold hot dogs and inedible food despite the money they charge you.
