Very friendly, caring, and professional staff. The food and drinks were great. The new detox beds were comfortable. The meetings were very positive and inspiring. I will forever be grateful for my experience at Bradford. Admitting myself here was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
Great place, great experience, and staff felt just like family. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who wants to walk away from addiction and leave feeling like a brand new person. Met some really good friends while there. So many talented people I met while there who are learning healthy ways of coping with life's problems and heal from their traumas. My experience at the Madison campus was an amazing opportunity & I’m glad I went. Sure, there are cosmetic issues with the building because of renovations. For me, that’s a “nothing burger”. Be aware that the website photos were taken before renovations & they did tell me during the admission call that there were ongoing renovations. So, there are cosmetic “issues” if that’s important to you. They even offered me a bed at The Lodge first, but I was adamant in going to Madison. My son stayed at Bradford Madison for three weeks. He got very little counseling. In his bathroom, the sink would not drain. The shower flooded the bathroom and the toilet backed up and would not flush. The facility was so rundown. My son was there to detox and to have canceling on drug addiction. After nine days they gave him a day pass. I called corporate and they said that they don’t do that. But they did. They even told him he could drive his vehicle back. They are very unprofessional.
