I have been here several times for myself and my children. I have no complaints.
Awful experience, would go anywhere else but this walk-in, Dr. Narsin Nobari is incredibly rude.
I went to the clinic just to treat a wart on my hand, and I saw my own family doctor, Dr. Faranak Nasseri. I was surprised and disappointed to be told that there would be an additional charge for the treatment, even though my visit was not a medical consultation and my OHIP had already been charged. I didn’t expect to pay out of pocket for something so minor, especially at my family doctor’s office. It felt unfair and very disappointing.
We’ve lived in the area for 2 years now and this clinic was the only one at the time taking new patients which was important to us as we had 2 kids under the age of 2. This is our experience thus far. Overall clinic: - they very rarely answer their phones. I’ve had days where I’ve called upwards of 15 times just to make an appointment - the receptionists are very friendly, but I personally think they could be more efficient. - the office is clean, small and tends to get crowded quite quickly.
