If I could give ZERO STARS on this, I definitely would!!! I ordered a birthstone necklace with my kids' names on it on FEBRUARY 20TH and the payment was not taken out of my bank account until TODAY, MARCH 23RD!!! That is BEYOND ridiculous and I'm not even receiving the necklace until APRIL!! Now thanks to your horrible company, my bank account is over $100 negative and I have to pay make that up before my bank account gets charged an overdraft fee!! I ordered coins when IU won the National Championship for college football. There was a "Buy 2 get 1" promotion. So i bought 2, not sure if i got 1 free, but the coins just kept coming and my credit card kept getting charged, a few times each month, the same amount. I called them to dispute the charges and they said they would send return barcodes and my "membership/subscription" would be cancelled. (Buyer beware!!) Excellent quality of checks and return labels. I had an issue with delivery of my checkbook cover, no fault of Bradford Exchange and they immediately resent a replacement and I received it in 3 days! I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Bradford Exchange.
The necklace I ordered is BEAUTIFUL!! I had it customized with two special names carved/engraved on it and the personalization turned out perfect. The details are crisp and good. It’s something really unique and meaningful that I couldn’t just pass up lol i was so interested in this piece because of how personal it feels, and I’m genuinely thankful for the quality and care that went into making it. I would give 0 starts if possible. DO NOT order from this company. My fiancé ordered a single item unknowingly signing him up for an unwanted subscription. We were then sent to collections for not wanting the remaining "subscription" items, when I called to pay the "past due bill" (i.e. pay for the unwanted items) I was charged twice. Customer service was absolutely ZERO help in getting this resolved.
