I paid OVER $230.00 for a men's Turquoise Ring. "Spirit of the Warrior" - 12/24. The STONE JUST FELL OUT OF IT 9/1/25. Less than 9 months old and IT'S NO GOOD!! 😡
The the products a quality but the customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered something from them a few months ago and they continued to send me other stuff I didn't want and billing me for it. It's impossible to get a hold of them via e-mail or phone to cancel. Terrible experience
Terrible company. Has no respect for their customers. On hold for one hour eleven mintues and twenty one seconds so far. Just to get some questions answered. that SHOULD be on their FAQ but somehow I'm apparently the first customer that wants to change the shipping address of a subscription. Last time I'll ever order something for someone from this place. Not to mention their IVR sounds like it was built in 1998, utter crap. They only exist to strip you of your money.
BEWARE!! They are SCAMMERS!!! I bought 2 lighters in February for my husband's birthday for $16.48. Since then, I've been receiving random odd lighters and being automatically billed for them at $65.89 each. I called to ask why. They said I signed up to receive any related item to the lighters I ordered. I know for a fact I did not sign up for any subscription.
