I feel scammed. I ordered a charm bracelet over a month ago told me I was going to get it between a certain date in January up until February 4th then they tell me it moved to February 6th but yet my email says you ship my bracelet out over a week ago I'm ready to send the police to that Niles Illinois address to see if you're legit company.I feel that they Scammed me for my money
This company is shipping from Illinois to Wisconsin, and I was told by customer service that it takes 3 weeks to ship my item. I believe they're shipping it Pony express then. I can send mail to another country in less than 3 weeks. Also, it was shipped two weeks ago, and Bradford Exchange still can't give me a tracking number. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Human Resources/Recruiter is unprofessional, likes to over ride and talk over you. Talks in circles doesn't listen to what your qualified for, I cant imagine what this person hires..
Misleading purchasing practices and borderline fraudulent in my mind. I never authorized follow-on expenses but they sure tried auto-billing me. In November, purchased a train engine for my daughter.
