I ordered a bracelet, they took the money off my card and then cancelled the order. The reason said, either I have never ordered and didn't pay for the whole thing or owed them money. Which didn't make sense to me because they took the money. To top it off I can't get a hold of customer service, the number they have says it's always closed (but has the hours). The one time they did actually return the call we got disconnected and couldn't get through again. By far worst place I've ever ordered from, just hope I get my money ... read more

Buyers BEWARE of this company! Someone scammed their website and ordered an item in our name with a fraudulent credit card, then they canceled the payment. The company has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with, trying to get this resolved. A police report was provided to explain what happened, yet they still keep harassing us.
