I've been a patient of Dr Flaggs for over 20 years. He is THE VERY BEST! He is kind-hearted, Professional and an all around excellent physician. I feel blessed to have found him many years ago.
Not a good experience. Despite stating during appointment scheduling that it should be an annual health check-up visit, his office billed us for a problem-oriented visit and denied changing the claim code. He didn't do anything special during the visit apart from ordering routine labs, which, unlike his service, were fully covered as preventive care.
I love Dr. Flagg. He listens, never rushes, and never belittles or behaves like an arrogant know-it-all like many doctors do. He takes everything seriously and makes a plan for each issue. He's the best!
