Absolutely phenomenal practice! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so warm and kind. I usually struggle with major anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but the entire team was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring every step of the way. Tracy and Dr. Adam are great!
Needed to be seen for tooth pain. First, she says their cleaning appointments are scheduled for March (it's September!) Second, she won't schedule unless I know my insurance type (they only take PPO). Called back, told them I am in pain, only appointment is for 21 days later. Nothing "family" about the phone service.
Always friendly and excellent care!
Good cleaning. Dentist wouldn't touch a small cavity for whatever reason...he didn't explain. Cost me $500 out of pocket because they did wraparound exrays without checking that it was covered by my insurance.. I wont be back.
