The team here was incredibly helpful from start to finish — they quickly provided me with new lenses, supplied the necessary eye drops, and even referred me to a local doctor for further care. My first experience was very disappointing. I showed up for my appointment after my doctor told me I’d possibly have cataracts starting at the age of 50 and there was a sign on the door that they had a family emergency. I received a call an hour before but didn’t realize it until I got to the door and it was closed. Usually they have an Optometrist on site and a sales person on site to avoid this issue.
