Paul is the most knowledgeable engineer I have ever met. His skills are a rarity these days. I'm very fussy about my engine rebuilds and he the only one I would trust with my gear.
I called them 4 weeks ago to arrange repair for timing chain in Toyota Yaris. They said call back in 2 weeks because they are too busy. I called back 2 weeks ago again to make booking. They said they are still busy call back in 2 weeks time again. I call today and they said again to call back in 2 weeks time to arrange repair without giving me any date for repair. Seriously how long does it take to make booking for repair? 10 years ? lol Zero stars
