It was not a horrible place to work, staff and residents were amazing. Management was not. If you get hurt while at work management treats you like a criminal, acting like you did it on purpose and to yourself. They will say you lied about something, anything so they can fire you. On orientation they tell you. The adon and don will check with you to see how everything is going. That’s a lie. This is a really special place. I've been doing music classes there over the past few months, bringing local school children in to interact with the residents with singing, dancing, and instrument-playing. I've been blown away by how attentive the staff is, how organized, enthusiastic, energetic, and genuinely caring. They are constantly planning something new and exciting for the residents to do, and I have seen them treating the residents with such care and individuality.
