I am extremely disappointed with the service at Bradford Dental Care. Not only was the quality of care below expectations, but the way they handled billing was completely unacceptable. They kept charging my insurance without properly communicating or getting upfront approval from me. From I've been having my hygene check up for years. This is my first time at this Dental Care, and it's the only one I can honestly say did an awesome job. I am very much content with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Bradford dental Care.
The ladies in reception are very welcoming and accommodating when it comes to setting appointments.... my overall experience was very pleasant, I was made to feel comfortable in my procedure
Very professional, hygienist has really steady hands (I usually get stabbed at least twice at other dentist places for clean up, mouth full of blood during the manual scraping lol) you can tell they take care of their patients here
