I was very disappointed with the attitude of the customer service. The receptionist rudely told me that I should have called earlier. Excuse me? I called within the normal operating hours. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Very rude receptionist I asked if they were a walk-in clinic despite all the red signs saying walk in center maybe remove the signs
Horrible doctor. I don’t use this clinic but as I was walking past I saw an altercation with the doctor and a civilian. The doctor was trying to enter the back parking lot the wrong way and was screaming profanities at this civilian just trying to exit the back parking lot. The doctor then gets out and punches the older gentleman’s car as he screams more profanities at him. If for whatever reason you have no choice but to use this clinic, I can’t stress enough to have a witness by your side the entire visit to hear what Dr. Aryan may say, especially if you’re female. There is no respect or even common decency for patients at this clinic.
