Receptionists are extremely rude and don’t try at all to help the patients. If you want to book an appointment and you’re not available on the date they suggest they give up and suggest you call back. They also forgot to put my appointment in their calendar so when I showed up to my appointment they said it was never booked and they had no time to squeeze me in.
