If for whatever reason you have no choice but to use this clinic, I can’t stress enough to have a witness by your side the entire visit to hear what Dr. Aryan may say, especially if you’re female. There is no respect or even common decency for patients at this clinic.
I am a patient of Dr. Jing, and I would like to start by saying that Dr. Jing is a very good and caring doctor. My concern is not with her medical care, but with the experience I had with the reception staff. I had an ultrasound on December 10, 2025. The ultrasound technician informed me that the results would be sent to my family doctor within approximately three business days, and that the doctor’s office would contact me once the report was received. Updating this review because I've now been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip and spinal arthritis. The doctor here told me I was too young to have it anywhere. Good thing I went elsewhere and got an MRI. I'm giving this clinic 2 stars. Here are my reasons: Reception: not bad, very friendly. Often don't answer the phone, and don't reply to email. Dr. Jiang is a great doctor! She is professional, caring, detailed oriented, patient and very considerate. I have some physical inconveniences after several medical treatments, she always accommodates my special situation. I really appreciate how she treats and helps. me as her patient. Her staff at the front desk are very nice too. They are polite, welcoming and efficient. I am very happy I have Dr. Jiang as my family doctor!
