It is nearly impossible to even book an appointment with this family doctor. The receptionist is consistently rude and dismissive—at first giving endless excuses about the doctor being ‘too busy,’ then suddenly claiming that my family doctor had de-rostered us without any prior notice. She even hung up on me before the conversation was finished. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Dr. Jiang has been the most unhelpful and unprofessional family doctor I have ever dealt with.
genuinely one of the most useless doctors offices i’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. front desk staff is good but dr. aryan is horrible. insisted my mother had diabetes because she’s fat and completely ignored my reasonable request to be referred to as a nickname rather than my legal name in conversation, telling me they had to use my legal name, which is a complete lie because all my other doctors have been able to use this preferred name just fine. do not see dr. aryan if you’re looking for anything close to respec... read more
Very poor service, especially at the front desk, and the doctors are also basically not doing anything, very inefficient service.
