Ordered a bath panel. Arrives with a dent. Arrange to send it back, 1 month later no refund. PayPal dispute and refunded immediately. Terrible company. Awful customer service.

No dispatch or shipping updates were provided via email or on their website for 4 working days, despite the product delivery being expected within 3-5 working days. Called up on the 16th and was told that product delivery had been delayed until the 19th. I cancelled on the spot because I couldn't take their word that the product would be delivered at all, and I requested a refund. Come July, the refund had still not been provided. Do not buy off these people, they took my money even tho the items were not in stock. I can not get my money back of them (£405) despite promises to refund me. Any decent honest business would not treat there customers like this. Do not buy from a company that has no respect for the customers they have.
