This review is regarding a deposition that was handled incorrectly. A scheduled date for a deposition was set and a specific time. I arrived within plenty time to allow for traffic and parking. Upon arrival, I was informed the attorney was running late. He finally arrived close to twenty minutes late. Rapidly flipping through the file/case in the room where the deposition was to be held.
