Dr. Mullins saved my life!! He is awesome!
The worst customer service experience ever. Tried for two months to get assistance, no one from their office would ever take a call or return calls. I don't know how they even have a single patient. Does not look like I am alone in this issue gauging from the other reviews. Glad OSU medical answers their phones.
This office will not call you back. My husband had an appointment over the phone and waited 3 hours for it. When he never received the call, he called them only to be told he should have received a call that he was to be rescheduled. He never did but had gotten a call the day before to get payment. He had been waiting months for surgery and is in constant pain but this office doesn’t value its patients enough to follow through and help them get the treatment they need. Look elsewhere!!!
