Excellent service provided by the main man Tony, very respectful, friendly person who always there for us and always ensured we were up to date with the latest information. Sad to see this closing down I would like to say massive thanks to Sytner in Bradford for all advice, helped when needed.
Terrible customer service. Phoned for a p/x price on my car against one of theirs. Said I'd get a call back in half an hour after providing all the requested details. Never rang back. Following day their central switchboard said everyone at the dealership was busy but stated a message had been sent requesting them to call me. Nobody called. If this is the way they treat prospective new customers, what's in store if and when issues arise with a purchase?
Tony T, at Audi Sytner in Bradford was nothing but brilliant throughout the full process from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out with the car we ordered. He is a friendly and a respectful person who always ensured we were up to date with the latest information. His experience and rapport building definitely was the reason (as well as the car) we decided to stick with Audi. Thank you!
When booking my vehicle in for a recall job, I mentioned the engine management light was on. The lady on the phone said it was okay as the job was related to a different job. Audi Bradford refused to carry out the work stating it was due to the engine management light. What really annoyed me was the bloke at the desk who seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused and the fact I had taken a day off work to bring the car in
