Go find part 1 talking about Daniel Ballesteros who needs to be investigated and reported to the boards. Very rude man with an ugly heart. The WHOLE facility needs to be investigated. Long review: Only writing this because of Daniel Ballesteros otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. So many issues with this place that I noticed in the first few hours from a SIMPLE issue that took 4-5 hours to finally resolve, starting with Daniel Ballesteros. Daniel Ballesteros was very rude to make a comment saying that it “seems like I need to be a patient here” and told me that it “seems like I’m on drugs” when I was only there because I was concerned about a family member after they called me. Just like their daily check in sheets, Bradford at Madison gets ZEROS DOWN THE BOARD. If you have a loved one that you care about and want to see succeed in sobriety DO NOT send them to this facility. I am a former patient, discharged two weeks ago, and due to lack of employee professionalism, continuity of care, compassionate care, and outright dishonesty of the staff at this facility I am currently in withdrawals from medication THEY put me on against my wishes.
