They love flying through neighborhoods at 45 in a 25. At least Brentwood neighborhoods. I guess the upside is they start their AC repair five seconds sooner.
This place is amazing! They could have sold me an entirely new unit but instead they just went with the pump. Fast, attentive and they truly care. Outstanding service!!!
2nd review: Used them again when my A/C unit went out. Lizzie was wonderful in getting us an appointment in a timely manner. It is over 20 years old, and we were fearful that it was terminal. Jay was able to fix it, but was very transparent and clear about its lifespan and what the next steps would be when we get there. He is a professional in all respects and explained in detail all the "hows and why's". We are now prepared, even though our current unit is working, thankfully!! I highly recommend Bradford! Awesome job! Showed up early, very friendly and professional! I was very impressed with the results!
Last year we were having a hard time finding a company that could repair or replace our dryer vent until we finally came across Bradford. We were very pleased with the work the did, as well as their fair price. Ditto for when our heater stopped working this spring. A week after they repaired ou heater they called to make sure there were no issues with it. We really appreciate their freindly, service-oriented approach.
