Had our house heater winter pre-check done by Bradford Air Heating for the 3rd time in 8 years. The service person Jay B, arrive around time promise. He was very polite and efficient, he did the maintenance check and cleaned up before leaving. Happy customer will use them again.
Jay was great. Arrived on time, diagnosed problems and ordered part. Returned when he received it and installed in less than an hour. Would recommend highly. Also, Lizzie in office kept me informed and followed up. Thanks!
Jay and lizzie helped us out when all others couldn’t or were so busy they wouldn’t. When i was told a month out jay and lizzie got me a condenser unit and coil in a heat wave and cool again. Than recently my furnace needed work and again was jay and lizzie to the rescue Always nice to support local businesses but also competent ones. Will always be my first call going forward
