My experience with Ed consisted of a first late arrival on estimate day, I came home from work to be there and I had to call to see if they were still coming. It was about a half hour late. I was told I would have the estimate by 2 weeks after he came out. I waited after two weeks to call multiple days with no return phone call until I was texted to say Ed was going on vacation and I would have to wait another two weeks. Ed and his crew did a custom kitchen for me a few years ago, and we are just as pleased with it today as we were when it was new. In a day when most cabinets come from a box, Braders still does from scratch, by hand one cabinet at a time. Would highly recommend.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. After stopping by twice with no one there, I finally spoke to the owner, who was very pre-occupied with "more important" orders. I told him we wanted three doors made and he said he would get back to us with the estimate. Weeks later and two stops since, we have not heard from him, nor has he returned our phone calls. Apparently our order was too small for his company. If this is the way he treats small orders I wonder how he handles larger orders. I would NOT recommend this busines... read more
