I wouldn't want to live in the community! Overly strict from what i can tell, and the neighbors seem 50/50 on whether they are friendly or not! For a co-op, it seems more like an HOA! The gate keypad shocks you if you touch anything besides the numbers as well!
Great friendly place
Wonderful coop to live in. We are shareholders here at BTP. Gated living at its finest. Our community is like family for the most part. We also currently have several homes and shares for sale in the park. NOW is the time to buy🙏🏼
