Absolutely no complaints with the doctor but the office staff.....i had scheduled a post gallbladder drain apointment for Tues at 1pm. I showed up, but there were no doctors and i wasnt written down to be seen. After arguing for approx 15 min showing the receptionist the number i called, which was theirs, and telling her she even called me back to get my insurance info, she finally admitted she remembered and was sorry everything got screwed up. I had an astoundingly successful gallbladder removal from Dr. Bach. There is a strong family history of gallstones, and my grandfather had the old-fashioned open surgical repair, and he was laid up for over a month. I was quite scared. Dr. Bach used cutting edge technology, the da Vinci robot system, my surgery was Friday, May 2. And I am back to work Saturday, May 3.
