Dr Raju is great and I also saw an NP. Good bedside manner. Staff is nice. I was a patient of this clinic for 2-3 years. After I had my baby I had a positive PAP smear at my birthing center and I had them forward the results to the office. It took a good 30-45 minutes to get hold of anyone. I never heard anything for an appointment to follow up even until now 3 months later. I established with another GYN closer that was seeing me essentially every week for a procedure. Being pregnant and not being able to get in contact with anyone at the office is diabolical. No call back no anything !
Never answers the phone. Even after leaving voicemail. Doesnt return the call. Smh.
As incompetent as they come!
