Very poor experience with office staff regarding scheduling and the referral system, inconsistencies with communications to other offices - as well as completely unavailable to take calls, cordially answer the phone, or answer questions in a professional manner. I'm highly disappointed because this office was recommended to me by SMH (delivery hospital) as the only available office to me (with high regards and expectations). Dr Raju is great and I also saw an NP. Good bedside manner. Staff is nice. I was a patient of this clinic for 2-3 years. After I had my baby I had a positive PAP smear at my birthing center and I had them forward the results to the office. It took a good 30-45 minutes to get hold of anyone. I never heard anything for an appointment to follow up even until now 3 months later. I established with another GYN closer that was seeing me essentially every week for a procedure. Being pregnant and not being able to get in contact with anyone at the office is diabolical. No call back no anything !
Never answers the phone. Even after leaving voicemail. Doesnt return the call. Smh.
