The lady Ms Hill is very unprofessional and rude. She claims she was the manager and she couldn't give me information on my case. Ms. Hill is nasty and hangs up the phone on clients while they are still talking.
I am a tenant at this horrible place from the workers that dont care have an attitude with you because they gotta do their job then they lose your money orders Mr Ellis so rude he has no type of heart for the position he is in & they ladies in the office aint no better i never been homeless but tbh that sound better than living in this place they try to make you pay double or say if you lose your job you still gotta pay next month rent even tho you turned paperwork in (they claim they behind) but say if you get a job they hu... read more
