The worst HUD assistant company ever! I feel so sorry for residents that need help in manatee county because these people never go by the waiting list, never answer the phone and never do their job!!! Just shut this place down already!!! Their literally paying employees to do absolutely nothing!!!
TERRIBLE customer service in the Application/Eligibility Department from a female employee.
I walked in and approached the service window to find no one there, I waited for a couple of minutes and then noticed a small sign that said have a seat and someone would be with you shortly, so I took a seat seeing that I was the only person that was there and assumed the wait would be very short. After sitting in this very small hot waiting area for 10 minutes someone finally came out of the back office and was able to answer my questions. It could have been a lot better experience had it not felt like 85 degrees in there.

After waiting 4 years I got a call from Mr. Lester saying a 1 bedroom apartment was ready. Within 2 days I did the extra application and got 100% on my background check. Which i handed to him in person. 2 weeks went by and I thought it was strange so I went inside.. and was told Mr. Lester no longer worked there and a new lady took his position.
