Best cardiology center in Bradenton
Agree with several other reviews for their West Bradenton office. The doctors may be great but the admin staff is horrendous. I just called to make a new patient appointment and Kayla was awful. She gave me contradicting information and when I simply asked for clarification, she became annoyed and increasingly rude and hostile. I gently pointed it out but she continued with her attitude without remorse. Kayla could do with some retraining. Hopefully the phone calls are recorded.
Be aware, office is in Orthopedic Building.
Dr. Cevallos is very competent, attentive, patient, and explains everything very well.
