Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Rude, mean. As I sat in the waiting room about to get a ct scan. I had to listen to the secretary ranting and complaining about me and other patients. It went on and on. I had to fight back my tears during the procedure. they made me feel so disrespected. Less than human, I am a nurse. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. WELL, HERE WE ARE AGAIN! I TOOK MY MOTHER TO HAVE HER COLONOCOPY DONE AND WAS TOLD THEY HADN'T HEARD FROM BRADENTON CARDIOLOGY AS THEY HAD REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES FOR 4 DAYS TO HAVE A CARDIAC CLEARANCE SENT TO THE SURGERY CENTER. WHAT A SHOCKER IT WAS NEVER SENT!!! I TOOK MY 84 YO MOTHER TO THE SURGERY CENTER AT 7AM ONLY TO LAY IN A BED FOR 3 HOURS AND ANOTHER REQUEST BY MY MOTHER FOR THE NEEDED PAPERWORK. I tried to make an appointment about 6 months ago. No response to my online request nor the new patient message center. None! And I tried yet again this past month. Nothing! No email, no messages=nothing! I am a retired dental practice manager of over 20+ years and have NEVER encountered such poor service and would never tolerate the lack of follow up from my team members!
