This is a very nice Class B facility. A few tweaks and it could be a 5* convention property. Most important ... the seating is in desperate need of an upgrade. We attended the winter gospel festival and after three nights, all of us were literally sore and aching. The audio is great ... but the other side of AV -- the visual -- is simply inadequate. Replace the one sub-size screen with two larger screens and it would dramatically improve the experience.

The only problem I’ve had this time-the arena area is too hot! The Southern Gospel Artists are about to perish from the onstage heat, I’m not much better on the 4th row! Otherwise no complaints!
parking was good..the seating was good.. never had a problem.. first time there .. would go back..
