Looks like some people here had a similar experience as me. Reached out for a window repair and after going back and forth about times, was finally given one. Didn’t hear from them again. Tried to text and was completely ghosted. I get it, it’s a small window repair but if you don’t want the business, let me know so I can look elsewhere.

Braden came out to fix one of our windows that had broke.. Customer service was excellent and the install was done fast and super clean. Would highly recommend. Braden was very polite and trustworthy.
