braden & sons carpet service did a fantastic job cleaning my office carpet in phoenix. after a lot of construction and a dog staying for a while, i didn’t think my white carpet could look fresh again. i was really surprised to see it spotless when they finished. the worker was polite and respectful, moved my furniture, and had me back in my office quickly, admiring my clean carpet. before this, a reusable hvac filter was installed and i also had a great experience.
The team was very friendly and knew a lot about carpet cleaning. They looked over the spots where we had pet urine smells and gave us a clear and fair price for the work. The worker arrived right on time and took care of everything. The service included pulling up the carpet, taking out the old padding, sealing the subfloor, putting in new padding, and cleaning both sides of the carpet.
