The team was very friendly and knew a lot about carpet cleaning. They looked over the spots where we had pet urine smells and gave us a clear and fair price for the work. The worker arrived right on time and took care of everything. The service included pulling up the carpet, taking out the old padding, sealing the subfloor, putting in new padding, and cleaning both sides of the carpet. I want to share my experience with a carpet cleaning company. I highly recommend Braden & Sons Carpet Service for any carpet or upholstery cleaning you need. My older pets had left some stains on the carpet, but the technician was able to get them out easily. He kept in touch when he realized he might be late and let me choose if I wanted to reschedule or wait a bit longer. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my time. The service was very professional and friendly, and my carpets look great! I will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again in the future.
