I would not recommend going to this office. After going in and getting a recommendation for physical therepy, I have called and waited three months and can not get Jasmine at their office to give me the paperwork or send it in. I eventually went to another ortho just to get the help and referral to Physical Therepy. So, if you want to waste your time following up with them and get no treatment it would be a good office.
