RecommendedBraden did a great job on a concrete pad I wanted done, took a while to get it done but I realized it was in coordination with another project because of the small amount of concrete needed! Looking forward to getting a quote on some other projects we would like done!
Braden replaced the roof and forgot to replace the furnace vent. He owned the mistake and said he would be back in two weeks to replace it. The first week in November was the two week mark. As of today December 11th it still has not been replaced. We have communicated several times to resolve this issue with no success.
Contacted them about an estimate and got an estimate but when it came to actually doing the job he did not come through. Called and left messages and he never responded. All I wanted was a courtesy call saying the job couldn’t be done. We waited almost 2 months. Called another company and was done the next week in 3 days. I would not recommend Braden Lance Construction.
