I went in for a routine colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening. Braden Kuo performed the procedure. Kuo perforated my colon in the first 30 cm when he reached a tight turn. Now, when getting to a tight turn, doctors have many options to navigate through the turn such as inflating the colon with water to create more space or switching to a pediatric scope. I just had a colonscopy by Dr Kuo Feb 2024. Dr Quo came in prior to procedure and was extremely personable . The summary results of the procedure were very thorough. I was also impressed with the nurses. I felt very comfortable and I recommend Dr Kuo and his staff.
Was very pleasant and had good bedside manners. Generally seemed to want to help me.
This Doctor, his nurse and all of his staff are not only rude and incompetent but also medically negligent. I left urgent medical message for nurse twice with no call back! I left four messages with receptionist needing an appointment date no one called after four phone calls as they promised. One of my tests was severely abnormal as recognized by a different gastroenterologist who referred me for emergent medical surgery based on results of the tests ordered by Dr Kuo.
