Need to see how things go. They are new to our property. However, i submitted a complaint/service request regarding some very shoddy work that they contracted out, so stay tuned and let's see how they respond. Update: not impressed, moving my rating to a 1 star. Despite the shoddy work on my deck, the unsafe one inch lip leading down the stairs to my yard, the retaining wall debauchery and the gap in my fence, they brought inspectors and thought it was all OK. Worst management i had to deal with. I had to file a complaint and called them. They put me on hold for long which is fine but they should know hold doesn’t means hung up after a while on who calling and putting number in block list or never answering his call if he called you twice. And be like “we haven’t got any call” if tried calling from different number
