They all did their job
Ms. Aderholt was very approachable, direct and willing to discuss whatever I needed to talk about. Of particular importance to me, as a professor of management and customer service, was that she did not rush through the appointment. Gave me the time needed to cover all related cause and effect issues of my illness and on-going treatment.
I was very pleased that she was my Nurse Practicioner. She was very well versed in the issues that I live with and I also was impressed that she is familiar with HAE, a condition that still many health care professionals are not familiar with. I may have added a bit more to that knowledge by explaining that, under the same umbrella as HAE, mine is the Aquired type, caused by Lymphoma(and Myelomas).
