Typical SLUMLORDS who has their Corporate office in an entire different city than the city they are supposed to maintain! The property these slumlords are suppose to manage is always dirty and filled with trash and has graffiti all over it! It needs to be powerwashed! It looks like a typical Ghetto owned property by people who dont give a dam about the communinity or the property they manage!!

Braddock and Logan my name is Michael Schmitz Brad and Logan built my house 36 years ago I’ve lived here I am suffering right now with my foundation is broken underneath it my carpet, doors won’t shut my windows crack every year because the foundation is slipping.Every room in my house has conditions because of the foundation. We are also out of the 10 yr warrenty and have major issues with our roof. Three leaks due to poor workmanship. Buyer beware! We are in Trilogy Rio Vista.

This so called builder of homes is not capable of building a quality home. I have owned a home built by them for 15 years. Within the 10 year warranty time I had an issue with a leaking window. I would call them, one of their employees an put a temporary fix. I found this out after the 10 year period an had a general contractor look at it. I had to pay $3500 for that repair. this review will continue later, this is just a sample of the incompetence of this builder!!!!!
