Just wanted to come on here and give a special thanks to Tom and Spencer Bradd, Dealing with my old thermostat, it was definitely not easy, especially only to discover that the wiring within the walls was completely destroyed. Their team came out here made it look seamless, running a new wire through the walls in an older house and getting a brand new thermostat installed. had them put my air and furnace in and the air had a slow leak and i phoned and phoned them. they never did come and fix the leak. had to pay someone else 750 to fix it.

One review was spot on. Once the system goes in, no chance of having them come back to help fix any issues. He doesn't seem too concerned about keeping customers after the initial install. Terrible service. Avoid if possible.
The installers were on time, respectful of our home and very professional. Their work was perfect and I had no cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Bradd Heating and Cooling!
