Easy to work with only had one window fixed.
Rip off!!!!! Charged me $90 and only removed a single pane of my double pane window and just caulked it up ---I nstead of replacing the double paned window. $90 for caulking?????? Won't return my phone calls. Called at least a dozen times to resolve
