Living at Mode 39 (managed by Bradbury Properties & Zendoor) has been a health hazard masquerading as modern luxury. My bedroom floor has been infested with mold, black, wet, and festering beneath the carpet and subfloor, despite months of reporting symptoms and smell. The mold was caused from years of not having a glass shower door on the master shower. The company finally admitted it after I had to push, photograph, and practically beg.
