I made an inquiry via the website (after hours) as to whether they could take care of a likely DPF issue on my Isuzu D-MAX. Alicia contacted me via email the next day (Sunday!) and yes, they could handle it and to make a booking. By early afternoon the next day, job done. The mechanic I spoke with was very knowledgeable and communicated what likely needed to be done and how long it would take.
Was happy with my service , clear communication from the mechanic as what was needed, cost involved and options on how to move forward with service. Would recommend to friends and family.
We had our Everest motor reconditioned a couple of months ago. We were ok with them taking their time as they had called and said they were backlogged. No problem at all and no rush as we had another car we had access to ( see reply to Brian Cunerz below where they lie in their comment) I then took the Everest back for rego check a week before rego was due (I booked it in as was Easter etc so they were busy the week before) no problem here either as I knew I had time Now the problem. extremely unprofessional and rude, just paid a substantial amount to have an engine replaced in our ford everest and when we took for a pink slip my wife raised an issue that came up with car and was told they are fully booked for a long time and could not help. They also failed the pink slip for a 3rd row head rest missing which they cannot do according to the MTA who i called, also head light not level when she asked the mechanic how to fix it he rudely said dunno take to an auto electrician, this same car had being passed... read more
Absolute life savers. Daughter's car was bought in as she felt it wasn't safe to be driving it. Luckily we did. The awesome mechanics diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it back on the road by the next day. If it wasn't for the team here, she probably wouldn't be with us anymore as her car was a literal death trap. Staff, price, communication and professionalism were second to none.
