One of the worst results I’ve ever had at a dental office, had a replacement crown done and tooth is completely the wrong size. Doesn’t fit correctly and causes my other teeth to shift. Tried to have them fix it to no avail, going to end up having to pay out of pocket to fix.
Very clean and friendly office. Service is very thorough. I am very impressed and satisfied.
It was good until it wasn’t.. We have been with Bradberry for 4 years. I am extremely disappointed with this dental facility and feel compelled to share our experience. After finalizing my treatment plan, which included a detailed breakdown of what my insurance would cover and what we’d owe out of pocket(which we already paid), I was shocked to start receiving multiple bills months later. Dr. Bradberry and her staff are first class professionals when it comes to dental care. Not only are they courteous and friendly but they make you leave with a smile on your face.
This is my second visit with Dr. Bradberry‘s office and unfortunately, I was on a short time frame to have dental work done before I have my surgery within the next three weeks. I was told by the physicians if I had any dental work that needs to be done. It must have done before the surgery. After a thorough exam from Dr. Bradberry, it was concluded that I needed a new crown.
