Went to the facility today with my 75 y.o. father in law. He needs help getting to his appointments and understanding what the doctor is saying. Upon arrival the staff immediately questioned why so many people were here. It was me, my wife and father in law. He needs 2 people to help him get around. I explained the situation. The receptionist wanted nothing of it and said no visitors are allowed.
