We spent a lot of money on our beach house landscape and our scope of work expanded rapidly, including a full yard demo, new sod, new irrigation, new mulch, and all new palm trees. From Day 1, the sod didn't look right (some green, some dormant, some dead and a lot of thatch). Initial pictures looked like the sod was dried out when it was delivered.
