Been a very long time since I've been in here, but the service is as good as it's always been. Change of ownership since I was last in, it just didn't seem right not to see Jeff behind the counter. Rest in peace, Jeff, the business is in good hands. Update: Still great service. I drive in from across the state line to buy tires. Spent more time on the drive than the wait. I called about the shaking of the front end of my car and thought I needed a front end alignment. Not only did they come pick up my car and drop it back off (I work a block away), Brad told me it was my front tires causing the shaking. I experienced customer service at its best. Old school. Brad even told me to rotate my tires every 5k miles to get the most life out of them. If he cared about the money, he wouldn’t have told me that, because he would sell more tires in the long run. Rude and racist went for air and got told no even after I offered to pay. Was told that he did it three times and he didn't have time with no customers. Customer service sucks and they don't even accommodate veterans. I'm a disabled veteran and I have to be inconvenienced because of laziness. I was going to buy 4 new tires on the first In exchange for air but I was rudely blown off.
