I had auto insurance through State Farm with this specific office. My experience started out great. Slowly, Mr. THOMAS became arrogant and rude. Ultimately, I ended my coverage with them due to the fact they sold me garbage insurance. I hit a re-tread diesel tire on Interstate 40 a few years ago. They counted it against me as a negligent collision. He is a very rude person. Won't let you speak cuts you off. Acts like he is superior you. If I could leave a negative star I would.
