My good friend Janet highly recommended Brad Smiths shop and knowing I needed breaks all the way round new brake lines new caliper/pads flushed old fluid out that was coming out of a bad brake line and a few other things I was stressing over needed to be taken care of. Got my tire presser sensor fixed. Brad picked me up when he heard I was gonna walk back for my car. Great service to the point where they are so busy because of it. I heard they were open at 7am but people showed up at 6:30am to drop off their car. I showed up at 7:15 and was almost last in line. They do first come first serve recommend showing up early or just waiting till later.
I took my truck to get inspected at Brad Smith’s because I heard good things about them. I dropped my truck off at 6:45 AM and didn’t hear from them until 4 PM when I called to see what was going on. So the first thing was bad communication on their part. Second, they gave me a list of repairs I “needed” that would’ve cost me over $3,000. Got my oil change and they were able to fit me in within a week. Synthetic oil was fair price at $79. Dropped off my car at 730am. They texted once it was done at 1020. Incredibly nice guys! They made sure I had a ride back when I dropped my car off
