All of the mechanics here are great. Brad is always making sure to hook me up with the best and affordable prices. Once during the winter, instead of wasting my money and our time, he told me to wait till after the ice melts and come back in if the issue was still happening. Huge life saver! I come to this place for all my car work, inspections, oil changes, and any noise my car might make that I'm unsure of. I took my vehicle, a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, to this repair shop for an oil change. According to Toyota’s official maintenance schedule, this vehicle requires an oil change every 10,000 miles when using 0W-20 full synthetic oil. However, the shop performed and charged for two oil changes within an interval of approximately 5,000 miles. I was not informed that the second oil change was unnecessary based on the manufacturer’s recommendations, nor was I given a technical explanation justifying an early oil change.
