I took my truck to get inspected at Brad Smith’s because I heard good things about them. I dropped my truck off at 6:45 AM and didn’t hear from them until 4 PM when I called to see what was going on. So the first thing was bad communication on their part. Second, they gave me a list of repairs I “needed” that would’ve cost me over $3,000. Got my oil change and they were able to fit me in within a week. Synthetic oil was fair price at $79. Dropped off my car at 730am. They texted once it was done at 1020. Incredibly nice guys! They made sure I had a ride back when I dropped my car off
This is the most honest and best mechanic I have ever dealt with...Brad is booked and busy but always takes the time to communicate and does the best work
I cannot emphasize enough just how fantastic Brad and his team are. My car battery light came on and even though he was booked out he got me in and out same day. He even came and picked up the car so that way we didn't have to worry about getting stuck out with the baby. Work was great, pricing was more than fair, and the service spectacular. From here on out all our services will be done here. Thank you so much guys!
