He was great until he wasn't so great. He never once showed up on time. He asked if I could come in earlier the day of my appointment because he had a cancellation but I couldn't, he then cancelled an appointment an hour before, and he showed up late again. I had to be honest with him and tell him how it made me feel and I left the appointment. He did apologize but never reached out and cancelled all my upcoming appointments. So helpful! Therapy and counciling is something that really makes a difference. Brad provides wonderful prospective and insight while being a great listener. I recommend therapy to everyone especially to those going through some difficulties and if they ask me, I'd tell them to see Brad or get on his wait-list. Virtual visits work just as well as in person.
