We couldn't be happier with the work Brad and his team did on our home! They added two new bearing walls, one at the stair edge and one in place of a failing beam, along with steel columns and a beam to support our sagging hearth and living room floor. I recommend Brad, Devin and the rest of the Brad Scott Construction team. Very good at communicating what they are going to be doing throughout each step of the structural renovation process.
Brad Scott Construction repaired a ceiling with a series of cracks in my 1932 home by putting up a mesh and skim coating it with plaster and then painting it. The guy he used did an excellent job and got it done in 3 days. Brad was responsive with scheduling as well as follow up. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to others.
Brad is an expert in this field. My wife and I used his services for a remodel project in our bedroom. He was very thorough in his explanations of what we could and couldn't do. I am confident that whatever decisions we made were supported by his expertise. We would highly recommend his services!
