We have recently switched to Brad's Pool Service and let me just say, the difference in customer service and how our Pool looks is night and day difference. We are so happy with our switch and the level of professionalism! We were using another local company and it was terrible, Pool was green, would be clear for a week and then back to green....they didnt know what they were doing! Brad is the only pool person I trust with my pool. 2 years ago, I converted my pool to a concrete pool. I called Brad to come inspect the pool and he was very knowledgeable in knowing exactly what chemicals were needed to maintain a brand new concrete pool. Here we are 2 years later and I would not trust anyone else with my pool. I highly recommend this pool professional for all your pool needs.

THIS IS THE ONLY POOL COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE!!! Do not use any other pool service! I repeat….this is the only pool service you need. 1000% recommend. When we bought our house with a pool we attempted to use another company. Unfortunately that was not a good experience. Brad had to come in and clean up a mess. Not only did he ensure to return our pool to its full beauty, but he has diligently maintained it ever since. Brad was servicing a pool behind our house and he noticed an issue that the current cleaning company had ignored. He contacted us through our ring camera and fixed the issue before the pool pump burned up. He literally saved us a few thousand dollars. Needless to say we switched our service to him immediately and was actually cheaper than what we were currently paying. If you want someone who actually cares about your pool and not someone who just “checks the box” then Brad is your guy. 10/10 recommend.

Called Brad to come out for a service. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Got it fixed. Not very often do you find a business that will help you out over the phone. Got the problem fixed with his patience and knowledge on the phone. He was professional, kind, and very good at explaining what I needed to know. He went above and beyond. I will definitely refer him to anyone needing pool repairs and I will always use him from here on out. He's a true honest business man.
