Brad Rainey apparently used the cheapest subcontractors and did not ensure good work quality. My house is 24 years old and I am dealing with my 5th water leak inside the house. This has cost me over $15K over the years. Every leak has revealed poor workmanship (e.g. damaged pipes, poor soldering, bent pipes, etc.). The current leak is going to cost ~ $40K to fix all the damage. My neighbor next door was also built by Rainey. Same issue for them. Never again Mr. Rainey.
I have left several messages concerning our deposit return from July 2018 and there has been no reply at all. I would not recommend renting from Brad Raining homes.
We rented from Rainey Homes in Oxford for two years. He will not return our deposit! We have requested the return for 7 months with no luck. we received no written notification stating the loss of deposit, just verbal reasons as to why it has not been returned.
